    High demand product, most orders ship within 8-12 weeks. Ship times may vary depending on the size of the order and time of year. Free Shipping only applies to the Contiguous U.S.A.


    To ship in the most cost-effective and safest way possible, items may arrive with partial assembly required. Simple assembly instructions will be provided when your order arrives or you can download them HERE.


    Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority and if you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us immediately to discuss the possibility of a return or exchange. JoNa’s utilizes a conditional 30-day return policy and will work with you to guarantee a hassle-free shopping experience!


    Return Policy and Instructions

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be in “Like New” condition and sent back in the original packaging.
    • Contact JoNa’s to discuss your return and a shipping label will be created and emailed to the address on-file.
    • JoNa’s will communicate return shipping instructions and track arrival
    • Once received and inspected, JoNa’s will issue a refund less a 30% Restocking Fee



    To make an exchange in equal or greater value, follow the Return Instructions listed above and JoNa’s will waive restocking fees, however, return shipping costs will still be the customer’s responsibility.


    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

    In the rare case your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please refer to our ‘Warranty Information & Instructions’ below.


    JoNa’s Exterior Design, LLC backs the manufacturer’s strong warranty as an expression of our confidence in your long-term satisfaction with the quality and craftsmanship of your custom furniture.


    In the event an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective, JoNa’s will work with our manufacturer to remedy the situation as quickly as possible, covering all outgoing and return shipping costs.


    To open a warranty claim, start by emailing with a brief description of the problem, picture(s), and the order number located on your invoice. JoNa’s will then contact you directly for further details as we aim to remedy the situation as quickly and as smoothly as possible!
